100%! I have often felt my movement is so connected to my spirit and Holy Spirit. When my exercise became connected to my spiritual practice it transformed both my prayer life and my exercise. Thank you for highlighting and affirming this so clearly and powerfully Jeanie!
Love it. While I'm still working to understand the body/soul/spirit connection, I do find myself asking what will we do on our walk today. Pray, worship, silence, music, etc. I will now start asking what type of movement do you want today.
I’ll try! I love to walk or ride my bike, but haven’t allowed myself this lately because I’m trying to paint the basement. I think I can tear myself away for 10 minutes though!
I’m really enjoying your writing - I’ve read some of them 2-3 times. Well done!
I often view exercise as a form of "medication" os something that is essential to my day. However, unless I am doing yoga, I rarely associate physical activity with my spirit. Looking forward to trying this out more!
This is the first time I’ve heard of the body/spirit/soul connection in exercise & i’m so intrigued and excited by it! I’ve always exercised as punishment/control in all honesty, so the thought of Eric Liddell’s quote blows my mind!!!
You’re such a great teacher Jeanie, I love reading your posts each week-thank you!!
I'm in! I do much more than 10 minutes of walking each day ( I have a dog!) but I am really going to focus on the intentionality you speak about Jeanie. I love your blogs, thank you! Bx
I love this Lynnda! What a gift it is to connect with yourself and, as I see it, God. I will write about being quiet next week. I have to say, I crave it more and more. I love to walk 5 miles a day just to have that time to myself. Thank you for your encouragement. It means so much to me.

I love this KB! Please share more if you feel led to. The message needs to get out.
