Thanks Jeanie. I have been really enjoying the process cooking lately without any other distraction (I used to watch or listen to something else - sometimes ‘spiritual’ and sometimes not - while cooking as a way to ‘justify’ this seemingly ‘dead’ time.). Now I look out the window during my breaks, plan when we are eating and enjoy it as an have reframed it as self care!
